The Start of My Journey
I was once stuck & frustrated.
-Restricting food intake
-Depriving myself from foods I loved
-Missing out on social events for fear of ruining my diet
-Doing endless hours of cardio
-Constantly thinking about what I can and can't eat

-Having no energy to do the things I loved
I wasn't seeing results, I was burnt out and I was suffering on the inside but no one would have ever guessed it.Then it all changed...
I knew I had to change my approach and I knew I needed help.
I was overweight, overworked, and overwhelmed...
After years of being active and working hard in the gym, I found that all my hard work wasn't quite paying off in the way I looked or felt. No matter how hard I pushed, I still looked "soft" and "fluffy" and carried enough extra body fat to make me self-conscious in a bikini. I was constantly tired and constantly hungry so I found myself regularly bingeing on the weekends.
I had tried diet after diet, finding that they were either too restrictive, unsustainable, and still not getting me that "toned" "athletic" look I was working so hard for.
I learned four key secrets needed to make lasting change that doesn't involve feeling restricted. They allow me to still live life to the fullest and not feel like I am watching from the sidelines.
